This is for everyone who has a busy lifestyle or wants some general training advice. You can train and maintain a fit body by doing a daily (short) workout. Of course, a good diet is also important, but for now we are going to purely talk about working out.
If you do not have the time to go to the gym or do any other sport, we have put together a creative list of 4 short workouts for you. You can easily follow these full body routines at home, on holidays, or wherever you are to stay fit. Give them a try!
Tip: if you don't know the exercises, look up how to do them on Youtube.
These workouts get heavier per step. Workout 1 is the least intense, and workout 4 the most intense.
Workout 1
Do 8 rounds of the exercises below. Try to perform the exercises in succession as quickly as possible (pay attention to your posture):
A: 15 x burpees
B: 15 x jump squat
C: 20 seconds plank
Workout 2
Do 6 rounds of the exercises below. Rest for 10 seconds between each exercise:
A: 15 x jump squat
B: 15 x sit up
C: 15 x burpees
D: 12 x jumping lunges (12 per leg)
Workout 3
Do 5 rounds of the following exercises. After each complete round, rest for 30 seconds:
A: 30 seconds as many burpees as possible
B: 30 seconds as many mountain climbers as possible
C: 20 jump squats
D: 30 seconds as many push ups as possible
E: 30 seconds wall sit
Workout 4
Do 8 rounds of the following exercises. After each complete round, you may rest for 30 seconds.
A: 45 seconds as many jump squats as possible
B: 45 seconds as many push ups as possible
C: 45 seconds as many jump lunges as possible
D: 45 seconds as many mountain climbers as possible
