If you order before 22:00 in NL and BE delivery is on the next day. We ship within two days to all other EU countries, and within 7 business days worldwide

Yes, we always send you a track and trace code via email.

If your order is worth €35 or more, we deliver for free to NL and BE. We deliver orders above €50 for free to all other EU countries, and orders above €85 for free worldwide.


Shipping costs for orders under these amounts are:
- EU: €4,99.
- Rest of world: €14,99.

Fitlyzen is a no risk purchase. We offer a free returns policy if you decide that Fitlyzen isn’t for you. Simply reach out to us through email or live chat on our contact page and we will send you a return label within one business day that you can use to return your order to us for free.

Yes, if you buy two or more items we will automatically give you a discount. Go to any of our product pages to see the details and discounts.


We also offer a subscription for each product which will allow you to receive a product of your choice every month with a 15% discount. Go to any of our product pages and select 'subscribe' before continuing to checkout.


If you enroll to our newsletter we give a 10% discount code because we like taking care of our community. Stacking multiple discounts is unfortunately not possible. We can offer you one discount at a time. We will automatically give you the highest discount available.

You can enter your discount code on the checkout page in the 'Order overview' section.

Despite the fact that we pack all packages with great care, it is possible that your package is damaged on the way to you. This is obviously very annoying and therefore we will solve this as soon as possible. Send us an email to info@fitlyzen.com with the following details:
(1) Your order number;
(2) Clear pictures of the box;
(3) The contents of your order;
(4) The damage;
You will have an answer from us within one business day to solve this.

You can download your Ebook from the order confirmation page and from the order history page if you have an account with us.

Order confirmation page:
Click the button 'view my order' in the order confirmation email you received. You will find the download link on the page that opens.

Order history page:
You can use your email address to create an account with us. Click the account icon or login button in the menu and follow the steps to set up your account. Make sure you use the same email address that you used while ordering. When you are logged in, simply click the order with your Ebook and you will find a download button.

Fitlyzen offers you the possibility of subscribing to one or multiple products so that you automatically receive your supplements. By doing so you will enjoy a 15% discount for as long as you are subscribed. The subscription is by default set to 1 delivery every 30 days. Simply go to any of our product pages and click 'subscribe' before continuing to checkout to make use of this option.

How to edit your subscription?
You can manage everything about your subscription from your account page. Log in and click the 'manage subscriptions' button to see which subscriptions are active. You can edit the frequency of delivery here, add or remove products, pause the subscription or cancel. Totally up to you.
